Weight loss doesn't begin in the gym with a dumbbell; it starts in your head with a decision. Tragically, the vast majority of people have no idea what they're doing when it comes to dieting and losing weight. They're told the solution is to try a new supplement, start that (fad) diet, or take some crazy conservative remedy. Regardless of how little evidence there is that any of these weight loss products or routines really work.

Now is the time to act. Ask yourself,  are you turning into the kind of person you want to be? You've done everything you could think of to lose weight, but you've given up. Have you yet reached your goal weight? There is no longer any need for concern, fellas. For each situation, we have five ridiculous suggestions that will be handy.
